Windows ‘Vista and  ‘Windows 7’ Users Note

Our Support portal needs you to turn off:

User Account Control or UAC

Go to your Control Panel > User Accounts > Find the area that lets you turn off (VISTA) or reduce (WIN7) and reduce to off.

You must do this before connecting and reboot once.

Click on the link below to start a support session.

When Prompted - Click: Run > Run > Accept > Allow

 

Before you can receive remote support:
you must have an open support ticket.

to open a ticket.

If you received a Session Key, enter it here.

 

If you don't have login credentials for the ticketing system, please register your company today.

You can also reset your password too if you forgot it.
